Toscotec completes PM3 drying section rebuild at Papeterie Le Bourray Toscotec has completed a drying section rebuild of tissue machine PM3 at French mill Papeterie Le Bourray, replacing the cast-iron Yankee dryer with a Steel Yankee TT SYD-12FT and installing high-efficiency hybrid gas-fired hoods and a new steam system.
