Suzano and Kimberly-Clark launch $3.4 billion tissue joint venture Arbex Arbex has launched as a $3.4 billion joint venture between Suzano and Kimberly-Clark, instantly becoming one of the world's largest tissue and hygiene businesses with operations in more than 70 markets and 22 manufacturing sites. The venture takes over Kimberly-Clark's International Family Care & Professional business, including brands such as Andrex, Hakle and Scottex, plus licensing rights to Kleenex and Cottonelle.
